We strive to deliver the best service to our clients. We know that your plans can change, and we want you to be sure that your trip will take place in any case.

Rest assured, we offer a flexible refund policy if your trip is cancelled due to COVID-19 or a similar illness.- If your plans change more than 7 days before the booked date, we'll refund 100% of your deposit.
- For changes 1-7 days prior to your trip, you'll receive 50% of your deposit back or the option to reschedule.
- For changes less than 24 hours before your trip, we'll retain the deposit but offer you a chance to reschedule.
- weather conditionsZanzibar's weather can be unpredictable, and sometimes big waves and strong winds make it unsafe for us to go fishing. Prioritizing safety, we'll ask you to choose your preferred dates and will stay in constant contact in case of any changes. The trip will be confirmed 8-12 hours before departure.
