We strive to deliver the best service to our clients. We know that your plans can change, and we want you to be sure that your trip will take place in any case.
  • changes & refund
    To secure the date we will ask you to pay 50% deposit. Don’t worry if your trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 as we offer a flexible return policy.
    If your plans change in more than 14 days prior to the booked date, we will send you 100% of the deposit back.
    7-14 days prior to the fishing - 50% of your deposit or a later date.
    Less than 7 days prior to the fishing - we will keep the deposit and offer you a later date.

  • weather conditions
    Zanzibar weather can be tricky and sometimes it doesn’t allow us to go out fishing as big waves and wind can be dangerous for our clients.
    Being all hands for the safety, we will ask you to choose preferred dates and will be constantly in contact in case of any changes. The trip will be confirmed 8-12h before the departure.
